2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Customers who are running disconnected RHOCP clusters need an official Red Hat Operator which will show official Red Hat documentation in web form locally.    

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• Customers are not able to check Red Hat documentation for any changes or troubleshooting in a fully disconnect environment. We have the option to download documentation in PDF format but this method is not convenient.
• This feature will be helpful for all customers who are running RHOCP customer in a fully disconnected environment.
