Change Stackrox pods priorityClass

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Stackrox pods run with lowest priorityClass. This can be a problem because they are critical components and there is a real risk that they are preempted by higher priority pods.
I think they should run with higher priorityClass (system-cluster-critical or system-node-critical like other critical OpenShift components).

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer needs this feature to avoid Stackrox components preemption by user workload with non-zero priority
