CI Integration Examples

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Schiphol was able to get the CI integration in Azure up and running for the Early Access Program. However, They think more examples will help people set up the integrations across various platforms. As of right now, the documentation only calls out Jenkins and CircleCI -> https://docs.openshift.com/acs/3.73/integration/integrate-with-ci-systems.html#integrate-with-your-ci-pipeline
