- ServiceNow" refers to a few different offerings from SN. The request here is for integration to their "Events" tool: https://www.servicenow.com/products/event-management.html
The current documentation refers to the ServiceNow integration for "incidents" which is a different service. More docs on SN events:
Customer requirement: the model of "events" fits appropriately with ACS' event-driven violations approach. Sending ACS violations to SN incidents creates a large volume of tickets.
