Proposed title of this feature request - Auto-insallation of Secured Cluster on installation
2. What is the nature and description of the request? Quality of life enhancement.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• Other products automatically configure the installation cluster to be                 scanned/monitored when being deployed as an operator. For example, NeuVector: installing NeuVector from the Operator Hub allows the user to already scan the cluster on which it is installed from the get-go. ACS requires further steps to deploy a Secured Server. I suggest a Quality of Life improvement where the Secured Server is deployed at the same time Central is deployed using default values.
