Detect unused network policies

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Detect egress/ingress policies that are not used. Shortly is it possible to detect the delta between defined egress and ingress policies and the ones used within openshift in an easy way? For example, some users request to open many ports, but in production, a couple of those ports are used, therefore, we like to have an overview of what the delta is.
