Customers want to define comprehensive Security Policy regardless of the formfactor of the infrastructure (Container, or Virtual Machines). 
Currently ACS only works for Containers.

There is no current integration between ACS and OpenShift Virtualization, hence there is no consolidated way scanning, hardening and security settings for Virtual Machines.
