Business Problem:

_There are a number of ACS configuration controls that are only available by creating or modifying environment variables.
_

Some of these variables are documented, some are not. Either way, because they require changes to environment variables on the Central deployment, this approach is not available to ACS Cloud Service.

Customers want to be able to configure all ACS controls, and need some sort of interface to do so.

Some notes:

• This is NOT a request to expose environment variables in ACS CS to users, but just to provide some means of controlling these configurations
• Some configuration controls are not appropriate for exposure, or, if they are exposed, need to have their possible values controlled to avoid excessive resource usage or other "breakage"
• Any exposed configuration should also have documentation
