Display history of non-active images in the cluster (old versions/unused tag/deleted deployment)

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

CU shall be able to see when a specific image version (by tag) was active in a deployment.
 Also, for non-active images,  when they were last in use and by which deployments + namespaces.
