Kafka 
2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Add kafka integration to stream events directly to Kafka bus.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Most of the customers using universal Kafka bus to exchange messages between systems and avoid duplication. In addition more and more customers using streaming engines (Flink, Spark Streams, KSQL... etc) to process and aggregate messages. Current process with Syslog is not scalable enough.

4. List any affected packages or components.

Additional functionality

 If for some reason implementing this functions is too complicated, would be great to consider options when central can stream messages in STDOUT of Central which can be picked up by OpenShift logger.
