CUSTOMER PROBLEM
ACS being a kube/openshift-native service should really allow configuration using Kubernetes CRDs/CRs. This Feature request is to allow users to configure network baselines in network graph in ACS using Kubernetes CRs.

This relates to ROX-11271 / ROX-10459

Prerequisite
ROX-13461 will probably need to be completed first so that the API can first allow the creation of static network baselines, before enhancing ACS to support configuration using CRDs

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

• ACS allows configuration of network baselines using kubernetes CRDs/CRs
