Enable Azure Workload Identity Integration in ACS

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Enable Workload identity integration support for ACS in Azure.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Per customers organization policy they need to leverage zero trust capabilities of Azure. Not being able to use short-lived tokens would force the customer to use long lived service account tokens that are a blocker for compliance needs.

ACS, Integration with Azure Key Vault/ Registry etc.
