      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Please let customers delete autogenerated registry integrations permanently.

      1. 2. What is the nature and description of the request?
      2.

ACS "discovers" registry integrations from secrets in the cluster. This can work just fine, but in many cases it finds secrets that are temporary, narrowly scoped, or just plain wrong. The result is a non-functioning configuration.

You can delete these incorrect registry integrations, but ACS quickly rediscovers and restores them. Request is to make it possible to permanently delete these entries.

ACS supposedly will prefer a custom integration over an autogenerated configuration, but this is confusing, hard to troubleshoot, or just not working correctly. Central uses autogenerated credentials despite customer efforts to supply correct credentials.

      1. 3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
      2.

ACS configuration is incorrect, and this product feature prevents customers from fixing it.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
