Clear custom user quotas through the UI when turning off quota management
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Customer would like the option to be able clear all custom user quotas from the UI without using the API to delete all of them
3. Why does the customer need this?
One of the customer's recovery options is to turn off quota management and drop the custom user quotas but currently the only way they can do this is via the API
