      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Allow multiple Clusternetworks of the same type, So allocations can be non-continuous.
      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

In theory, since the node allocation from the cluster network is from a large IPpool, we can use non-contiguous address space. removing the below limitation in the network operator. As long as OVN-Kubernetes and OpenShift-sdn support this.

      https://github.com/openshift/cluster-network-operator/blob/116a2c713beb4689b3a1df80e6e898cc2733b3fb/pkg/network/render.go#L421

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customers may not have contiguous IP space or be unable to decrease the network mask to increase the number of nodes in a cluster, therefor adding additional network segments would be prefered.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      • OVN-Kubernetes
      • OpenShift-SDN
      • Network-operator.
