Ability to add/create inbound rule with installer (by specifying in install-config)

Security Group inbound rules amendment at cluster provision time via openshift-installer 2. Automated way to get rules populated in security groups provisioned by openshift-installer
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Great to have possibility to add additional inbound rules for OpenShift created security groups with openshift-installer. As example - jumphost from different network to have access to masters or workers on port 22 or 443 or 80 TCP.
