      1. Proposed title of this feature request

=> Add a feature to stop image deletion during unexpected node Reboot

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

=> When an unexpected node reboot happens all the images on the node are auto deleted. This is an expected behavior as per Bug: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-15387 .It was added as a fail-safe in case an in-progress image pull was interrupted with the reboot, which could cause a storage corruption.

=>Instead of deleting all images, could Openshift nodes only delete images that were being pulled in the event of reboot?

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

=> Customer wants to lessen the downtime after unexpected reboots.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      Node/CRI-O
