Use the name of the cluster if it is part of the metadata from 

install-config.yaml

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer raised the point the cluster is hard to find if it doesn't have the name from the metadata

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

ease of use and avoiding having to rename every cluster on deployment unless it is needed (e.g. when the name is the same for two clusters for the company)
