      1. Proposed title of this feature request

      Harmonization of 'Observe' menus

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

We (netobserv / Observability UI teams) are considering the harmonization of the Observe menu in developer perspective as same as the one in admin perspective to get sub menu entries instead of tabs (see screen attached).

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Today, customers are having different experiences when using developer and admin perspectives. This is OK when there is no overlap between the two but less friendly for users having access to both.

As far as we heard from the field, some users have both accesses since the developer view is sometimes not enough for their usage.

On the development side, it needs to manage both page (for admin) and tab (for developer) cases where it could be the same pages with simply different access rights.
