2. What is the nature and description of the request?

 Due to the length of time the autoscaling takes our customer requires a more proactive approach to prewarm new nodes for fast deployment.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Our customer cannot have users sitting waiting for 5 mins for a node to autoscale it needs to be quick so we would like this Operator accepted and supported.
