nfd-worker DaemonSet configurable nodeSelector

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Node Feature Discovery pods does not need to run on all nodes, this is wasting resources and is does not bring any benefit. Configuring a nodeSelector would deploy the pods on the nodes with a proper label and given hardware like GPUs.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
nfd-worker pods are wasting resources which could be used by other pods, there are limits like max-pods which are also touched by that pods. This was also suggested by NVIDA
