1. Proposed title of this feature request

Wants to see if a new channel is available to upgrade for all installed operators at once in the web console.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

"Feature Request"

The customer wants to see if there are any new channels available for the installed operators. 

As of right now, only an "upgrade available" option is given for the operator version. 

Eg:

operator is installed on the 1.0 version with [stable channel-1].

If the 1.1 version of the operator is present, then there is an "upgrade available" icon. 

but if [channel-2] 2.0 upgrade is available, then the customer wants to see if there is a new channel also available.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

It would be helpful for the customer to know if there is any new channel available for the operators to upgrade.
