Ability to configure HW RAID for ZTP install from RHACM

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

At present, BM IPI supports HW RAID with installation.

However, the same cannot be done for ZTP installs from ACM.

The BMH template does not offer any configuration parameter to configure HW RAID.

This will allow user to configure HW RAID with ZTP installs
