– Need kdump service enabled by default with RHCOS new versions

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
– Currently customer are referring this KCS to enable kdump on RHCOS

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
– If customers are facing node hung issues, we need kdump enabled to get the RCA.
For this, customers have to manually enable the kdump on RCOS nodes.
If kdump is not enabled, they can not get the RCA.
