   GPU support in VMWare IPI

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
As a user I'd like to declarative define machines which have GPU enabled on VMWare. Both vGPU and pass-through devices should be supported.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
With OpenShift AI the need to have dedicated GPUs available for computing on VMWare became utterly important.
