What is the nature and description of the request?

we would like Autoscale ArgoCD controller based on number of connections from Github to ArgoCD 

Why does the end customer need this? (List the detailed business requirement here):

Heavy use of ArgoCD for CD process and the controller pods are running with single replica only and we would like to scale the ArgoCD controller pod to scale based on number of active requests from GitHub instance.

List any affected packages or components:

ArgoCD, Custom Metrics AutoScaler(CMA)

Would the end customer be able to assist in testing this functionality if implemented?: Yes
