HTML Report in PipelineRun output

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

OpenShift 4.15 introduced the possibility to output Tekton result in a predefined JSON format to display things such as CVE scanning directly in the OpenShift web console view. A lot of testing and CI tools support rendering test result as an HTML report. The OpenShift web console should simplify the view of those HTML reports generated during PipelineRuns

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

If developers and testers want to see the HTML report generated during PipelineRuns, they need to run a separate web server  and mount a RWX PVC shared with the Pipeline Tasks.
