What is the nature and description of the request?

We would like to proceed with some validation before we pass requests to an ACME. There are some requirements for specific ACME providers and we would like to make sure that the requests follow these requirements in order to prevent rejections. We would also like to provide feedback to the requester with reason why the request was rejected.
