• Support for kubevirt-csi on standalone RHOCP / non-HCP clusters

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• As of today, Red Hat's kubevirt-csi is supported for Hosted Control Plane clusters alone (i.e. with no further testing on standalone/classic RHOCP clusters)

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• As part of their OpenShift Virtualization adoption journey, kubevirt-csi support for classic RHOCP cluster would be beneficial for those customer than may want to deploy standard RHOCP environments on OpenShift Virtualization (alongside, or instead of Hosted Control Planes)
