---> Allow users to enable LLDP and install the required packages on CoreOS nodes

LLDP is required to monitor and identify cross cabling or incorrect network cabling of nodes to switches. In a MLAG configuration where the link bonds (lacp) are formed across 2 switches, customers sometimes hit error where cabling is done incorrectly and bond is not formed across the 2 switch ports. With help of LLDP customers can identify which switch port is connected to which node NIC port and identify the errors
