include the prometheus-smartctl-exporter when doing baremetal installs

customers should be getting alerted about pre-fail/wornout SSDs etc. This becomes even more critical when customers are running ODF.

This is a very typically monitored subsystem when running large numbers of servers, the leavel of work required to implement this should be small as it is already avalible as part of the prometheus conmunity charts.
