      Hosted cluster - Add options in hcp cli to specify the ingress connection type

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      The hcp cli utility doesn't have an option to select an API server publishing strategy like node-port or loadbalancer as we have through the web console in the Networking page.
It would be desirable to have this option available at least for both agent and kubevirt cluster deployment options.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      To pair capabilities between the hcp cli utility and the web console, also to help in automation processes.
