      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Allowing custom kernel arguments for ABI created ISO

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Allowing kernel argument setting or adding the below kernel argument by default for ABI ISO creation to make disk names more predictable..

       - sd_mod.probe="sync"

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

When deploying OCP clusters, disk names can be inconsistent for nodes that have the same or similar H/W configuration which leads OS to be installed to unexpected disks. This issue is more common in OCP 4.14 due to changes in the RHEL 9 kernel.

Setting 'rootDeviceHints' can resolve this, but it is time-consuming to check 'by-path' remotely when installing large number of vDU nodes. Additionally, multiple agent-config.yaml files are needed for each node group sharing the same PCI path.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
