      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Red Hat to provide official support for the Mountpoint for Amazon S3 CSI driver

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Develop an officially supported operator for the Mountpoint for Amazon S3 CSI driver allowing customer applications hosted on OpenShift to access Amazon S3 objects via a file system interface.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The customer has tenant applications requiring access to S3 resources via filesystem mountpoints. They are already leveraging this driver on their OpenShift clusters in an unsupported manner (CoreOS is not a supported platform at this time), but this isn't optimal given the criticality of the applications leveraging it. And its installation on rhcos requires the implementation of custom selinux policies on the nodes.  They're also anticipating increased demand for this capability in support of additional applications in the future.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
