    vSphere zone at host level

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

    As per OCP documentation Specifying multiple regions and zones for your cluster on vSphere, region is considered at datacenter level and zone is considered at vsphere/ compute cluster level.
    As per VMWare documentation link, availability zones can be defined at host level also as long as you bind nodes to specific hosts by DRS VM-Host affinity rules.
    Currently, zone at host level is not considered due to which if there is zone configured at host level then vsphere-problem-detector is showing
