2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Provide customers with the ability to view an organizations entire virtualization fleet in the OpenShift Virtualization Console.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customers have expressed need for managing the virtualization fleet across the board. We are tracking our Virtualization opptys by destination (landing in GCP, IBM, AWS, Azure, etc.) which is important, but we also need to consider how virtual teams in organizations function and that they will be managing virtualization workloads across many clouds (based on workload/geography), on-premises , in datacenter and in plants/remote sites.
