----> Customer wants customize auto-generated persistent volume names

---->  They have separate operation teams for platform and storage.  It is difficult for storage administrators to keep track of which data folder is associated with which application when the folder name contains only abstract IDs.  Behavior as in OPC3.11 will contribute to this achievement.
