Kubernetes NMState support for Nutanix

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The documentation [Kubernetes NMState Operator|https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/networking/k8s_nmstate/k8s-nmstate-about-the-k8s-nmstate-operator.html) ] contains the following IMPORTANT statement:

Red Hat supports the Kubernetes NMState Operator in production environments on bare-metal, IBM Power, IBM Z, IBM® LinuxONE, VMware vSphere, and OpenStack installations. 

However, it doesn't contain Nutanix as a supported platform.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To configure additional interfaces over the OCP nodes.
