           Updating buildah task shipped with OpenShift Pipelines to use latest image.

           Customer wants to use updated version of buildah and wants the buildah image in the task to be updated to:           https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/rhel9/buildah/61959576ce09ff98ccc36337?architecture=amd64&image=6628e1689c4e92179f8dce10

• Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

            To be able to use the updated version of buildah.
