OpenShift logging stack: Support data forwarded from external log collector

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

A customer in their pod are using stdout/stderr for their application logs, while other application critical logs are picked up by a fluentd daemon which runs in a sidecar container. This kind of log separation is required by their application.
The customer would like to forward the logs from the fluentd running inside the sidecar into the Loki logStore which is part of the OpenShift Cluster Logging operator.

Centralized application logging in our supported Cluster Logging operator.
Only a single logging stack needed.
Logging stack is supported by us.
Logging stack runs entirely on the same cluster.
