      unable to set permission / ownership of an empty dir volume in opensfhit environment
      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      Customer is running root-less container inside openshift environment using custom scc , deployment file (which container opendir volume). However when the container are spun up those volumes are owned by root user and not root-less
      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      Customer wants to run podman commands inside the container and not able to

      $ podman images
      ERRO[0000] XDG_RUNTIME_DIR directory "/home/visitor/podman-run-1000" is not owned by the current user
      sh-5.1$ ls -la ^C
      sh-5.1$ ls -la /home/visitor/podman-run-1000
      total 0
      drwxrwsrwx. 2 root visitor 6 Feb 27 16:24 .
