• Request to develop the openshift prometheus query to check node creation duration.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Cluster is deployed on Azure using IPI method.

• Example:
  If we scale machineset at 2:00, new machine will be created. If new node report Ready at 2:10. Then node creation duration will be 10 minutes.

• Request for openshift prometheus query to print the above duration?
