ROSA service etcd backup / restore

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

As a managed service, customers expect that the service can be backed up and restored by Red Hat in the event of cluster etcd issues.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

One of the benefits of selling managed services to customers is not having to have their own SREs looking after the platform. Therefore, the customer's expectation is to have the SRE team responsible for the managed service assisting in the backup and recovery of the cluster in case of problems that affect the cluster control plan in addition to other disaster recovery measures that may be adopted.
