1. Proposed title of this feature request:
Allow Central CR to have global NodeSelectors/tolerations inside ACS operator

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Currently Central CR doesn't support having global NodeSelectors/tolerations. So even if we add NodeSelectors/tolerations. inside Central CR spec section, subscresources are not inheriting the NodeSelectors/tolerations from Central CR. Hence all resources managed by Central CR need to have their own NodeSelectors/tolerations.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• If we can implement NodeSelectors/tolerations inside Central CR spec section then all resources managed by Central will inherit the NodeSelectors/tolerations and we can avoid repetitive work.
