1. Proposed title of this feature request

Support Lsv4 and Lasv4 Azure instances when they GA.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

We are getting some requests for upcoming Azure LSv4 instance types.  They will be similar to these in terms of NVME support.  Lsv4 will have NVMe for remote storage as well as local storage. Lasv3 for comparison was SCSI for remote storage and NVMe for local storage. Supposedly, Openshift gets errors when trying to spin up MANA VMs due to the remote storage being NVMe the remote storage NVMe is the big difference between Lsv4/Lsv3.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

They want to make use of the Azure Boost instances that utilize the MANA drivers.

Azure estimates that these may GA end of this year or early next.
