Enable Hive to support Spot Instances within Cluster Pools For Significantly Reduced AWS OpEx

      Currently Hive uses on-demand instances within AWS for creating cluster pools. However, if Hive were to be able to use Spot Instances, the AWS OpEx for stakeholders would reduce significantly (perhaps of the order of 80-90%) since Spot Instances are leased at extremely low rates. Here is a quick comparison of costs per hour between m6.xlarge on-demand and m6.xlarge Spot Instances:
