Allow GitOps operator to accept regular expressions in sourceNamespaces

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

In RFE-4535, wildcards have been enabled to define the namespaces in the sourceNamespaces field. This is a limited feature, and does not provide the required granularity to define the namespaces that need to be added. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To have more control and granularity defining the namespaces. Wildcards are not precise.
