• User who creates the silence should be directly displayed once the silence is created

• Currently when a silence is created the username is displayed on the silence form which is an editable field and allows creating the alert on behalf of someone else which can lead to problem if the alert is silenced by unwanted user. hence the creator of the silence should be displayed directly once the user is created which makes the field uneditable and user can keep track of who exactly created the silence.
