Console should allow users to select and delete multiple rows in a table

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
As a user, I would like to remove multiple resources (Pipelines, ConfigMaps). For this, a multi-selection and buttons to "select all" would be great in all list/table views.

There should a generic console solution.

Plugins might need do enable or disable this new feature based on their need.
