Quay Container Registry should include the ability to have additional metadata for Repositories beyond just the `description` that is currently available in Version 3.11.

Something similar to your Red Hat Ecosystem Catalog for containers that allows a user to include/exclude deprecated images would be very useful. Especially for mirrored images coming from an upstream Red Hat Registry.
